Refund policy

At Baby Blues And Pink, we are committed to providing you with exquisite, high-quality products for your little one. We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. Please review our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

We gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange within 21  days of the original delivery date.

• Items must be received by our returns center within this window.

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

   

  To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  1. Unused and Unworn: All items must be in their original, pristine condition.

  2. Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact, including any designer boxes or dust bags.

  3. Smoke and Scent-Free: Items must be free of any odors, including perfume, smoke, or detergent.

  4. No Damage: Items must not have been washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

  If any returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your expense.

   

  We carefully inspect all items before shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@babybluesandpink.com. We will cover all shipping costs to replace the item or issue a full refund.
